Channa Beckman
M.A., CCC-SLP, CBIS
Channa, Harbor Speech Pathology's founder and CEO, is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and a Speech-Language Pathologist that is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and licensed in multiple states. She received her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University.

Hailey Kuettner
M.A., CCC-SLP
Hailey is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, licensed in several states. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Communication Sciences & Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in the Bilingual and Multicultural Emphasis Program. She also received a Certificate in Clinical Genetics for Health Professionals from Arizona State University. Hailey lived in Tacoma for five years but is currently based out of Mexico City, Mexico. She is a bilingual English-Spanish speaking clinician and brings a neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive approach to therapy sessions. She has worked in clinical research, school, pediatric hospital, and private practice settings with a variety of ages. Hailey’s clinical specialties include AAC, autism, genetic disorders, and multilingual/multicultural evaluation and treatment. She is passionate about keeping up-to-date with the latest research and technology. Hailey currently treats patients remotely via our tele-therapy platform.

Danielle Williams
M.S., CCC-SLP
Danielle received her Master’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from California State University, Northridge. She subsequently received her national certification from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and her Washington State License. Prior to joining Harbor Speech, Danielle worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist in multiple school districts in both Washington and California. She now works as an SLP treating both pediatric and adult clients. Danielle strongly believes that every person has the innate ability to communicate and it is a human right to be able to express one’s thoughts and feelings to the world. She loves being a Speech-Language Pathologist, where she can work with clients and families to help them find their voice. At home, Danielle is a single mother to her amazing 4 year old. Getting to watch him learn and grow, as well as cuddle him after work, fills her heart and soul. She currently treats patients of all ages in our Silverdale, WA clinic.

Lilliana Pearson
B.S., SLPA
Lilliana is a licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant, and treats patients of all ages in our Silverdale and Gig Harbor clinics.

Kira Lowrance
M.S., CCC-SLP, Adult Lead SLP
Kira is a Speech-Language Pathologist that is licensed by the state of Washington and certified by the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. Kira received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at University of Oregon and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Pacific University. Kira has experience working with children and adults with a variety of communication and cognitive impairments and has pursued additional training or experiences in transgender voice modification, the SPEAK OUT! voice program, suicide intervention strategies, teaching English as a foreign language, HIPPA compliance, and autism spectrum disorders. She currently treats clients of all ages at our Silverdale, WA clinic.

Mickenzie Galloway
M.S., CCC-SLP
Mickenzie received her Bachelor's of Science in Communication Disorders at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and her Master's of Speech-Language Pathology at Emerson College. Mickenzie is a certified Speech Language Pathologist at Harbor Speech Pathology and has treated patients of all diagnosis and ages in elementary schools, preschools, outpatient clinics and at an in-patient skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center. Mickenzie has training in Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP) and is certified by DriveAble Cognitive Assessment Tool to assess an individual's driving safety. She also wants to expand her education in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) that she enjoyed targeting in her clinical fellowship experience at an integrated preschool and out-patient facility for adults with developmental disabilities. Since graduating with their Master's in December of 2021, Mickenzie and her husband have moved to Washington for work and to experience the PNW. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she enjoys the outdoors, playing with her 2 dogs, volleyball, getting together for game nights, and is hoping to take up some water activities to enjoy everything Washington has to offer! Mickenzie currently treats patients of all ages in our Gig Harbor, WA clinic.

Alex Campbell
M.S., CCC-SLP
Alex is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from The George Washington University and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. She has experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with diverse communication and swallowing needs. While her background is primarily in adult rehabilitation, Alex also enjoys working with children and helping families feel confident as they support their child’s communication goals. She is passionate about helping people of all ages communicate with confidence and achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as weekend adventures along the coast. Alex currently treats patients of all ages in our Fort Walton Beach, FL clinic.

Camille Ryan
B.S., SLPA
Camille is a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Linguistics from North Carolina State University. Camille is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Speech Therapy at the University of Limerick in Ireland. Originally from North Carolina, she has loved exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Outside of the clinic, Camille enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, kayaking, or going for runs. She is passionate about helping clients build confidence in their communication skills. Camille treats patients of all ages at our Gig Harbor clinic.

Aviana Coco
M.S., CCC-SLP
Aviana is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist, licensed by the state of Washington. Aviana earned her Bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders at the University of Maine with minors in disability studies and gender studies. She went on to complete her Master's in communication sciences and disorders at the University of New Hampshire. During her clinical education, Aviana gained experience treating individuals across the lifespan in post-acute rehab, inpatient hospital, and outpatient hospital settings. Aviana currently treats patients of all ages in our Silverdale, WA clinic.

Nevaeh Pennington
M.S., CF-SLP
Nevaeh was born and raised in West Virginia (go Mountaineers!) and earned her bachelor’s degree in pre-professional speech pathology and audiology from West Liberty University, where participation in a dementia support group sparked an interest in helping individuals with communication and cognitive challenges. Nevaeh went on to earn her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. After graduate school, she moved to the Pacific Northwest with her husband, who is currently serving in the military. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, walking their labradoodle, and spending as much time as possible on FaceTime with her nieces. Her hospital internship provided unique, hands-on experience in areas such as dysphagia, cognition, aphasia, and trach care. Nevaeh enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular passion for early intervention, AAC, and dysphagia. She is certified in AmpCare and has specialized training in both feeding disorders and AAC. She is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in Washington state and treats patients in our Gig Harbor, WA clinic.

Michael Gruner
B.S., SLPA
Michael is a certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Idaho State University. Michael gained experience in a vast array of treatments after working at South Kitsap School District for multiple years, where he was able to provide treatment for children of all ages. Prior to becoming a certified SLPA, he was honorably discharged from the Army as an NCO after 9 years of service. Holding this leadership position provided Michael with a unique experience and perspective that he brings to his current role. Michael has over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages and is thrilled to be able continue his passion in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Outside of work, Michael is a father to 2 beautiful daughters. His family enjoys having movie marathons, playing video games, and reading books together. Michael currently treats pediatric patients in our Silverdale, WA clinic.
