A clinical environment where Speech-Language Pathologists can grow, feel supported, and build meaningful patient relationships across the lifespan.
A different kind of clinical environment for Speech-Language Pathologists.
Not every SLP is looking for the same career.
Some clinicians want predictable schedules, large institutional settings, or fully remote contract work.
Others are looking for something different; meaningful patient relationships, clinical variety, and the flexibility to grow without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.
Harbor Speech Pathology is a clinician owned and led private practice serving both pediatric and adult populations across multiple locations. Our practice was built around a simple belief: when clinicians feel supported, respected, and given the time they need to do meaningful work, both therapists and patients thrive.
We are continuing to grow and are always interested in connecting with thoughtful, motivated clinicians who want to practice in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.

Who Tends to Thrive Here
Many of the clinicians who join Harbor Speech Pathology come from school, hospital, or fully remote settings where they felt limited by caseload size, administrative demands, or lack of clinical variety.
Our environment is often a strong fit for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to work across the lifespan while continuing to grow professionally.
Current Opportunities
We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities across our locations and are open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship candidates with appropriate supervision available.
We are also open to conversations with clinicians interested in travel or transitional roles as our clinics continue to expand.
